- What is the radius of a circle?
- What is the formula for circumference of a circle and how do you calculate it?
- If the diameter of a circle is 10in., what is its circumference and area?
- What is the formula for area of a circle and how do you calculate it?
- What is a right circular cylinder, and what is the formula for its volume?
- If a cylinder has height 20 in. and base diameter 12 in., how do you find its volume?
- What are the units for volume?
- What is a sphere, and what is the formula for its volume?
- If a sphere has a 10 in. diameter, what is its volume?
- How do you find the volume of a sphere?
- What are some formulas for geometric shapes?

Formulas for circumference and area of a circle, and volume of a cylinder and sphere are introduced, and some calculations are done without using a calculator. This is a great introduction to basic geometric formulas, and how to plug numbers into them.

Pretty simple all in all but very interesting and well explained. It helped me with putting in the numbers for the formulas.
