Part of video series TI-Nspire Tutorials
Taught by MrA
A tutorial of some really useful improved features on the TI-Nspire. Includes: Starting off at a clean home screen, obtaining a fractional or decimal result, fractions looking and acting like fractions, finding min / max / zeroes by tracing, tables and scatterplots dynamically linked, large calculation history, easy inequality graphing, and swapping out the TI-Nspire keypad for the TI-84+ keypad that comes with the calculator.
• Notes from video - This pdf is a summary of the notes from the presentation that you can print out and use for future reference.
• TI-Nspire File - The TI-Nspire file from the presentation with all calculations and graphs included.

This video explains some of the basic differences between the TI-84+ and the TI-Nspire. It does a really good job of making a case for why the TI-Nspire is superior in functionality and much simpler to use than the TI-84+. It also goes through some basic functionality and explains how to use some of the features. This is a very good lead-in to how the TI-Nspire works and what it is capable of.
