This introduction to division by fractions starts from the basic idea of division, and what it means for fractions. Pictures are used to explain the concept of fractions to begin with. Then, dividing with common denominators is shown in a simple example. Then, dividing by a fraction is shown to be equivalent to multiplying by its reciprocal. Finally, a fraction divided by another fraction is discussed, and several examples are done. This is a wonderful video for understanding the idea of dividing fractions.
