Here I use http://mathgraph.idwvogt.com/GraphPpr.html to graph, which you can use also if you like.
A couple of examples of graphing linear equations in slope intercept form.
  • How do you graph a line in slope-intercept form?
  • How do you graph the line y = 2x - 3?
  • What is the slope and y-intercept for the equation y = 2x - 3?
  • How do you graph the line y = -3/5x + 4?
  • What is the slope and y-intercept for the equation y = -3/5x + 4?
This lesson will show you how to graph two different lines in slope-intercept form by finding and using the slope and y-intercept. All steps for finding the slope and y-intercept as well as for graphing the line are explained.
