Consecutive Integer Problem 2
- How do you solve and check a consecutive integer problem in Algebra?
- What are consecutive integers?
- How can you define 2 or 3 consecutive integers using variables?
- If twice the smallest of three consecutive odd integers is 7 more than the largest, how do you find the largest?
- How do you find 3 consecutive even integers such that 3 times the middle integer is 4 more than the sum of the first and third?
This lesson does some example problems of solving consecutive even or odd integers given some other conditions. The idea of coming up with a formula for writing consecutive even or odd integers is shown, and all steps for writing, solving, and checking an equation are shown. A couple of very interesting problems are shown in this lesson.
This is an awesome way for kids who are struggling in math to get extra help. Thanks so much for taking time out of your day to help kids like me! also, it would be 5 stars if u went a little slower. Keep it up, you rock!!! -iNeedHelp45 :)
